All purchases made through Saiyan Power Lamp are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, including if you decide you no longer want the product, ordered the wrong item, or simply changed your preference after placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your lamp arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your full name
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the problem
• Photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged

Incorrect Items

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds because of a change of mind.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• No longer wanting the product
• Choosing the wrong design
• Ordering the wrong quantity
• Deciding you do not like the product
• Finding a different product you prefer
• Ordering accidentally

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Saiyan Power Lamp is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
